Night Shift Supervisor
for section headings, - for lists, and
for prose.
Let me go through each section:
**Job Summary**: There's a paragraph about Danone and the role. I'll put this under "About the role" heading.
**Key Responsibilities**: This is a long list of bullet points. I'll make this a section with
- items.
**Physical Demands**: This is a list of physical requirements. I'll make this a section with
- .
**Work Environment**: This describes the work environment. It's prose with some list-like items. I'll use
for the intro and
- for the specific conditions.
**Engagement in Integrated Work Systems**: This is a paragraph about IWS. I'll use
.
**Compensation & Benefits**: Lists benefits. I'll use
- .
**About You**: This has two subsections - Education & Experience, and Knowledge, Skills & Abilities. I could make these separate sections or combine under "Qualifications". The rules mention "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills" as possible headings. I'll use "Qualifications" as the main heading with sub-sections, but the rules say use
for section headings. I think I should make "Education & Experience" and "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities" as separate sections, or combine under one "Qualifications" heading with lists. Looking at the rules: "use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)". So I can use "Qualifications" as a heading and then list both education and skills under it, or separate them. Since they are distinct categories, I'll make two sections: "Education & Experience" and "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities".
Also need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, California Data Privacy Law, "About us" company description (though that might be considered part of "About us" but the rules say remove boilerplate. The "About us" section is company marketing - I think it's boilerplate. The rules say "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate". The "About us" is company description, not exactly boilerplate but it's generic. However, the user said "Preserve ALL substantive information". The company description might be considered substantive? But it's generic marketing. I'll include it as a brief paragraph under "About the company" or similar, but the rules say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." And "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it". The company description is generic. I'll omit it.
Also need to fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. The location "West Jordan, Utah" is in the summary. I'll keep that in the summary.
Now, let's structure:
