What You'll Do
- Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance from start to finish
- Manage team schedules, workflow, and service appointments
- Oversee billing, POS systems, and service documentation
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Cook up daily operations to keep fleet vehicles safe and road-ready
- Lead, coach, and support technicians to drive team performance
What Makes You Stand Out
- Previous service management or team lead experience
- Background in fleet or commercial vehicle maintenance
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
About the Role
- Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- No relocation is being offered for this position
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Preferred qualifications: Previous automotive service sales experience, Previous automotive service experience, ASE Certification
