Role & Responsibilities
- Provide quality nursing care in a correctional healthcare setting during night shifts
- Make critical clinical decisions, perform assessments, and ensure safety and well-being of inmates
- Maintain a structured and secure environment, supporting team collaboration and delivering compassionate patient interactions
Qualifications & Skills
- Valid RN license
- Strong assessment and clinical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Compassion
- Prior experience in correctional or similar healthcare settings is advantageous
