Night Shift Production Supervisor

At Pilgrim’s, safety is a condition—our team members’ well-being comes first. In this role, you’ll lead daily operations on the production floor of our poultry facility, ensuring targets are met while upholding safety, quality, and efficiency standards. You’ll coordinate team duties, monitor workflow, and enforce compliance with health and safety regulations, responding to operational issues in real time.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and foster a positive work environment to maximize employee potential in quality and productivity.
• Organize manpower, materials, equipment, and production schedules for efficient operations.
• Oversee employee performance and deliver constructive feedback.
• Encourage open communication and employee involvement to build team morale and align with company values.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for quality improvement, cost savings, and process enhancements.
• Ensure safety standards are followed and promote a safe working environment.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support the Plant Operations Team as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; college degree in a related field preferred.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience, preferably leading 20+ employees; poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, independent decision-making, and basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Pay

Base salary range of $60,500–$72,000.

Schedule

Monday–Friday with occasional weekends.
