Night Shift Production Supervisor

At Keter, we're looking for a Night Shift Operations Supervisor who can confidently lead our manufacturing operation during overnight hours. This role is more than managing a department—it's about overseeing the flow of the entire facility, removing obstacles, supporting your team, driving production performance, and making critical decisions to keep the business moving. Responsibilities

• Oversee the flow of the entire facility
• Remove obstacles that impede production
• Support the team and foster collaboration
• Drive production performance and efficiency
• Make critical decisions to keep the business moving

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (a plus)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role
• Proven experience managing production teams and improving manufacturing processes
• Strong understanding of production equipment and technologies
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
• SAP experience (a plus)

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 pM – 7:00 AM, 12‑hour shifts with a rotating schedule—enjoy every other Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off.
