Night Shift Production Supervisor

12-Hour Shifts - 6:00PM - 6:00AM

Responsibilities

• Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the activities of the production team during the night shift.
• Ensuring that all production activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Monitoring and managing the performance of the production team, providing guidance and feedback as necessary.
• Oversight of the assembly, grinding, stamping, and CNC processes in our manufacturing operations.
• Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality control, health and safety, and productivity.
• Identifying and resolving production problems, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
• Working closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration.
• Providing regular reports on production activities and performance.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on assembly, grinding, stamping, production lead, CNC operations, or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent knowledge of production management and quality control principles.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve production issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels within the organization.
• Ability to work on a permanent night shift schedule.
• Relevant certification or degree in a related field would be an added advantage.
