ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintains a safe and efficient work area.
• Troubleshoots and performs machine repairs/adjustments.
• Schedules employees and coordinates shift transitions.
• Performs quality inspections and monitors production output.
• Aids in employee evaluations and performance reviews.
• Improves productivity through research and analysis.
• Ensures compliance with SQF requirements.
