Night Shift Parts Assistant

Fleet Repair Solutions, a leader in medium- to heavy-duty fleet service, is looking for a Night Shift Parts Assistant in Grantville, PA. If you enjoy staying organized, solving problems, supporting technicians, and keeping operations running smoothly, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Support technicians by locating and providing the correct parts needed for repairs
• Receive, stock, and organize inventory to maintain an efficient parts department
• Process warranty parts and related documentation
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure parts availability
• Help with trailer pick-up and delivery as needed
• Keep shelves, storage areas, and workspaces organized and safe
• Work closely with the service team to ensure repairs stay on schedule

Requirements

• Experience in heavy-duty truck, trailer, or fleet repair environments preferred
• Parts department or inventory management experience is a plus
• Valid driver's license required; CDL preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and hazard recognition
• Ability to lift, carry, and move parts as needed
• Comfortable working independently during evening and overnight hours
• Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus

Pay

• Earn up to $22.00 per hour
• Potential for overtime
• Weekly pay

5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, Monday through Thursday
