Night Shift Nurse Supervisor

Role: Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) — responsible for providing overnight clinical leadership in senior living environments. Responsibilities Monitor resident health, respond to condition changes, and evaluate incidentsSupervise care teams, including caregivers and medication staffManage shift staffing, attendance, and assignmentsOversee medication administration, narcotic counts, and transcribe physician ordersEnsure accurate documentation compliant with regulatory standardsServe as a liaison with physicians, pharmacy, and familiesUse clinical judgment to maintain resident safety and quality of care during overnight hours Qualifications & Skills Active RN or LPN license in good standingGraduate of an approved nursing programOver one year of experience in senior care or clinical settingsStrong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills Key Duties: Lead overnight clinical care, supervise staff, ensure medication and documentation standards, and coordinate communication with healthcare providers and families to ensure resident safety and well-being.
