About the role

The Night Shift Nurse Supervisor (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) serves as the extension of the Director of Nursing during overnight hours. This leadership position coordinates, monitors, and evaluates resident care, ensures staff coverage, reports incidents, and upholds facility policies. You will participate in nursing leadership meetings and act as a problem-solver as needed.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate care provided to all residents.
• Assist with night-shift staff coverage as needed.
• Report incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences to management.
• Ensure facility policies and practices are followed.
• Participate in nursing leadership meetings.
• Act as a problem-solver for overnight operational needs.

Pay

Base pay plus shift differentials: $10.00/hour (weekday nights) and $12.00/hour (weekend nights).
