Night Shift Manufacturing Safety Foreman
The Night Shift Foreman at Scot Forge leads overnight operations, supporting the team and maintaining a safe, high-quality production environment. This is a 2nd/3rd shift position averaging 10-hour shifts.

This role requires a servant leadership mindset and oversight to ensure safe workflow and quality decision making across all departments. It involves guiding decisions, solving problems, and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support the production team directly on the floor
- Make real-time decisions to address safety, quality, or production issues
- Communicate clearly across departments and shifts
- Coach and develop team members while reinforcing expectations
Requirements
- ~10+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in metals or heavy industry
- Prior leadership experience in a production environment
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to lead independently
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and shop floor operations
- A servant leadership mindset with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems, production tracking tools, and intermediate computer skills
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, raw material grades and low volume/high mix, material flow
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Must be able to pass a 90-day head hair drug test
