Responsibilities
- Oversight of shifts every week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
- Leadership of Crew and other Managers during a shift to maintain outstanding Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
- Supervision of food safety and cleanliness procedures to meet McDonald's standards.
- Effective communication with Crew and the next Shift Managers to prepare for a great shift.
- Achievement of targets and support for departmental goals during shifts.
- Maintenance of safety, security, inventory, and profitability monitoring.
- Scheduling of Crew and encouraging high performance during shifts.
- Exceptional customer service and quality food production training.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Ability to work nights.
Qualifications

- Experience managing teams and overseeing operations.
- Knowledge of food safety and cleanliness standards.
