Night Shift Manager - Front of House

Responsibilities

• Leads the front of house portion of the restaurant including staffing, operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction
• Checks in all team members on shift for proper appearance guidelines
• Ensures that all breaks and rotations are handled for the shift, paying close attention to minor labor laws and break scheduling
• Maintains Speed of Service at or below the established goals and reports results per shift
• Maintains a clean and safe environment at all times
• Manages call offs and tardies as per store policy
• Completes one food safety audit per shift
• Drafts documentation of team member infractions
• Works with Catering Director to execute catering orders for the shift
• Open and/or close the restaurant leading the shift as a key holder

Requirements

• Servsafe Certified (Will complete once hired)
• Is available to Close at least four days per week
• Complete the Accelerate Leadership Development program (Will complete once hired)
• Is reliable and does not call out for scheduled shifts
• Understand, model, and execute the HEARD model for guest recovery.
• Have knowledge of and consistently execute our organization’s mission statement and Core Values
• Understands and helps promote knowledge of the Food Safety 5 and how it applies to their respective area
