About the role
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) providing skilled nursing care for adult patients with G tube dependency.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Administer prescribed nursing services and monitor patient condition for physiologic and psychosocial changes.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to identify actual or potential diagnoses.
- Provide direct patient care in accordance with medical orders.
- Deliver skilled nursing care, assessing patient status, documenting findings, and ensuring compliance with immunization requirements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Must hold a valid LVN license with over one year of experience.
- Immunization documentation for rubella, rubeola, varicella, mumps, pertussis, and hepatitis B is required or evidence of immunization in progress or declination.
- Must be able to lift over 50 lbs.
