Night Shift LVN Full Time

Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult patient who is dependent on a G tube.

Requirements

• Active LVN license
• Over one year of experience
• Immunity documentation for the following:
  • Rubella (MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
  • Rubeola (MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
  • Varicella (chickenpox) (Acknowledgement of Varicella)
  • Mumps (MMR Acceptance Declination Form)
  • Pertussis (T-Dap-Tetanus/Dipth/Pertussis Immunization or signed declination)
  • Hepatitis B (Hep B Vaccine Policy 10.8.18, immunization in progress/completed, or signed declination)
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Pay

$32 - $34 per hour

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Shift Hours: 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
