Night Shift LPN/RN

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Night Shift Nurse to join our long-term care team in Circleville Post Acute. The ideal candidate should thrive during the overnight shift and be able to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to our residents
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes
• Collaborate with CNAs, providers, and fellow nurses
• Be the reassuring voice when someone needs comfort at 2 AM
• Master the art of staying awake while everyone else is counting sheep

Requirements

• Current Ohio RN or LPN license
• Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Compassion, patience, and professionalism
• Dependability (because residents can't put their needs on hold until morning)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Hourly Rate: $29-$32 plus shift differential
