Responsibilities
- Lead the floor as a Charge Nurse on night shift
- Provide high-quality care in a skilled nursing / rehab setting
- Administer medications and treatments
- Supervise and support CNAs
- Monitor residents and respond to condition changes
- Communicate with physicians, families, and care team
- Ensure accurate charting and compliance
Requirements
- Active LPN or RN license (Missouri)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehab preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable, team-oriented mindset
