Night Shift LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, quality nursing care to incarcerated patients
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and deliver treatments
• Respond urgently to patient needs and ensure safety protocols
• Maintain accurate Electronic Health Record (EHR) documentation
• Collaborate with custody and clinical teams to support infection control and patient safety
• Educate patients on health-related matters
• Ensure quality patient care, support safety and infection control, document accurately, and work collaboratively to foster a supportive, professional environment

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
• Ability to work effectively in a secure, correctional environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and infection control standards
