Night Shift Industrial Machine Operator

About the role

Haynes Wire Company is a manufacturer of high-precision, specialized alloys for aerospace and medical applications. We are seeking candidates for the position of Machine Operator.

Responsibilities

• Operate wire drawing machinery efficiently.
• Pull metal wire through dies safely.
• Reduce wire cross-sections to precise specifications.
• Set up single and multi-die series.
• Maintain continuous monitoring of precision metalworking processes.
• Inspect finished wire for dimensional accuracy.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing/machining experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Experience operating wire drawing machinery.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to operate independently on a night shift.

Hours

Night shift (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM).

Pay

Starting Pay: $21.30 – $23.00 hourly (plus shift premium pay).
