Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring patient status.
- C Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments to determine care needs and document findings.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Monitor patients for changes in condition and respond appropriately.
- Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, treatment plans, and discharge instructions.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulations, as well as state and federal guidelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of [State].
- Experience: Previous experience in a medical-surgical setting preferred.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.

Work Schedule
Regular schedule is based on patient volume and surgical schedule. Schedule is set by the Nursing Management prior to shift’s start.
