Night Shift Home Health Nurse- LPN/ RN
Centria Healthcare is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide 1:1 private duty nursing in patients’ homes. You’ll deliver skilled, personalized care to pediatric and adult patients in a low-stress, relationship-based setting.
About The Client
Featured opportunity in Hillsdale, MI: A kind and fun 18-year-old woman with a rare medical condition. She has a trach and vent but enjoys playing cards, watching movies, and adores having bonfires with her little sister and parents. This loving home is non-smoking and contains 2 small dogs.
Shift Times: 10:00 PM – 9:00 AM on Thursday and Friday or Friday and Saturday.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care)
- Monitor and document patient condition and vital signs
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs)
- Communicate with families and care teams
- Maintain safe, high-quality, patient-centered care
Schedule & Pay
- Full-time and part-time shifts available
- Day, night, and weekend shifts
- Weekly pay + optional daily pay

Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
- Home care or private duty experience preferred (not required)
- Trach/vent experience a plus (training provided)
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills
