Night Shift Freezer Receiver

Position Overview Assist in ensuring accurate receipt of merchandise to support community feeding efforts. Responsibilities Include Verifying incoming shipments against records, recording quantities, pallet types, and damages.Entering shipment data into computer systems for reporting and inventory management.Maintaining inventory accuracy through cycle counts and addressing shortages, overages, and damages.Monitoring warehouse systems for open invoices and supporting smooth receiving and shipping processes.Labeling pallets, verifying inbound freight accuracy, and recording discrepancies.Performing additional inventory control tasks as needed. Qualifications & Skills Minimum six months warehouse experience.Preferred experience with electric pallet jacks.Ability to lift 30-70 lbs and stand/walk up to 12 hours.Comfort working in varying temperatures, including freezer environments.Commitment to safety policies and procedures. Additional Details Compensation: $18/hour plus shift differential and freezer premium.Schedule: Evening shifts, Wednesday to Friday, with 13-hour shifts.Benefits include day-one coverage, holiday pay, tuition reimbursement, weekly pay, safety shoe allowance, and transportation assistance.Work environment may include cold storage from -10 to 40 degrees.
