Night Shift Clinical Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time pharmacotherapy expertise to support patient care.
• Verify, compound, and prepare medications accurately.
• Assist during code and rapid response events to ensure timely medication administration.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses on dosing, protocols, and therapeutic monitoring to enhance safety and outcomes.
• Engage in antimicrobial stewardship, medication reconciliation, and ensure policy compliance.
• Mentor and support staff development in clinical practices.
