Responsibilities

• Operate braiders, spoolers, drying towers, and related equipment
• Use tools like calipers and scales to meet specifications
• Weigh, measure, and mix raw ingredients accurately
• Enter data into our MRP system
• Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 0–3 years of experience (training provided)
• Basic computer and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Work Environment

You’ll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Schedule

• Monday – Thursday: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
• Overtime as needed on Fridays: 4:00 PM – 12:30 AM
• Occasional weekend work may be required based on production demands
• Days and hours are subject to change based on production needs
