Night Shift Bilingual Cleaning Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Night Shift Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our janitorial teams. We need a hands-on leader who understands the high standards of the commercial cleaning industry and can ensure our clients' facilities are maintained to perfection.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train cleaning staff on nightly janitorial tasks and equipment use.
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure all cleaning scopes are met.
• Manage cleaning supplies and inventory to ensure the team has what they need.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations (OSHA) and proper chemical handling.
• Bridge communication between English and Spanish-speaking team members.
• Responsible for sign-in sheets to make sure they are signed and delivered to office.

Requirements

• Industry Experience: Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is required.
• Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fully fluent in both English and Spanish.
• Leadership: Previous experience managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Must be reliable and available for the duration of the night shift.
