Night Services Technician (PT)

About the Role

We are seeking candidates to fill part-time positions supporting our Night Services team, performing detailed cleaning and upkeep of our corporate campus office buildings and surrounding facilities. Candidates should have a proven employment record as a dependable, detail-oriented worker.

Flexible hours are available between the core hours of 4:30 PM until 12:30 AM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning such as scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
• Collecting and disposing trash
• Cleaning and servicing restrooms
• Stocking supplies
• Periodic deep cleaning
• Washing laundry
• Minor building maintenance

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lbs

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience desired, but not required
• This role does not require a degree
• Must have a valid driver’s license

• Must be able to work independently or with a team to complete assigned tasks

Pay

Starting pay is well above the industry standard with opportunity for increase within the first 60 days.
