Night Receiving Supervisor

Role Overview: Responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, selection, loading, and storage activities. Ensures productivity, accuracy, safety, and excellent customer service by assigning tasks, training associates, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key Responsibilities Supervise warehouse activities and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.Schedule and assign work to ensure timely completion while controlling labor and supply costs.Maintain KPI reports, enforce safety, sanitation, and security standards, and oversee equipment maintenance.Lead pre-shift meetings, communicate updates, and manage staffing, training, performance, and career development of associates.Assist with labor agreement administration and address work-related injuries and investigations. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED; 3+ years warehouse distribution experience preferred.1+ year supervisory or leadership experience required.Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Ability to multi-task, lead teams, and work flexible hours.Proficiency in MS Office and Warehouse Management Systems. Physical & Other Requirements: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds, perform physical movements such as walking, crouching, and reaching, and work in a warehouse environment with variable temperatures and noise levels. Must be able to work in shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
