We work every day to drive consistency in the areas most important to our customers: Customer Service, Quality, Food, Safety, Reporting, Technology.Essential Functions: Locate and select the specific warehouse items to fulfill the customer’s order Load and unload items using machines, carts and dollies Build pallets with orders and position them to loading docks Perform visual inspections of orders to ensure accuracy according to quantity, size, etc. Wrap orders before loading on trucks Maintain equipment and report on equipment malfunctions Comply with all applicable company policies, procedures, OSHA and Food Safety regulations Ensure cleanliness and good housekeeping of the specific production line and surrounding general area throughout the shiftCompetencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work with others in a team environmentStrong Interpersonal skillsActive listening skillsInnovative and creative thinkingEducation & Experience: High school diploma or GED equivalentMust be able to read, speak, and write English satisfactorily, bilingual a plus At least 1 year of recent and successful experience performing the above functions in a significant manufacturing or warehouse/distribution environment.
