Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of individualized resident care plans in collaboration with the Resident Services Director
- Observe resident conditions and take appropriate action when health changes or urgent situations arise
- Administer medications and provide hands-on clinical assistance as needed
- Maintain thorough, accurate records while following all regulatory and compliance standards
- Promote a supportive, collaborative, and resident-focused care team culture
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Active Florida LPN License
- CPR Certification
- 3 years of experience in a medical or healthcare setting
- Valid Florida Driver’s License
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
