Night Shift Nurse

About the role

Burcham Hills is recruiting for Night Shift (7pm - 7:30am) Nurses!

Responsibilities

• Perform routine nursing assessments
• Provide medical treatments including medications
• Act on resident changes
• Coordinate care with physicians

Requirements

• Possess and maintain a valid, current, and unencumbered nursing license (RN or LPN) for the State of Michigan.
• Clinical experience as a nurse, in an acute care, long term care, assisted living community or other related health care setting, preferred.
• Current CPR certification or obtain within 30-days.
• Able to work on-call and extended or flexible hours, as necessary.
• Able to make independent decisions within scope of practice when circumstances warrant such action.
• Able to communicate tactfully and with patience and a cheerful disposition.
• Able to work in a multi-faceted role.
• Able to read, write, speak, and comprehend written and oral instructions in English.

Qualifications

Pay

• RN: $39.40/hr. - $42.60/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($3.40 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift))
• LPN: $34.40/hr. - 37.10/hr. (Includes: Years of Experience, Hero Pay ($3.40 per hour) and Shift Differential ($4.00 an hour for 3rd shift))

Schedule

• 12 Hour Shifts
• Full Time & Part Time Shifts Available
