Night Manager - One Dalton Street, Boston

About the role

The Night Manager oversees hotel operations during the overnight shift, leading the Front Desk team, supporting all departments, and ensuring exceptional guest service, safety, and operational excellence in line with Four Seasons standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and adherence to Four Seasons standards
• Supervise Front Desk activities, manage arrivals and departures, and oversee night audit and billing processes
• Respond to guest requests, concerns, and emergencies with professionalism, efficiency, and a service-focused approach
• Partner with all hotel departments to maintain seamless operations, safety, security, and guest satisfaction
• Support overnight staff, coordinate special requests, and provide leadership to up to 3 direct reports and 20 indirect team members during the overnight shift

Requirements

• College degree preferred
• 2–3 years of luxury hotel experience in an operational supervisory role
• Experience with Front Office PMS systems and hotel operations
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays

• Must already be legally permitted to work in the United States
