About the role
The Night Manager is responsible for overseeing the operations of a hotel during the night shift. They ensure guest safety, manage housekeeping, and handle any emergencies that may arise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift
- Ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Manage housekeeping staff and schedules
- Handle emergencies and security incidents
- Communicate effectively with front desk and other departments
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in hotel management or related field
- Proven ability to handle stressful situations
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hotel Management certification preferred
Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM
