About the Role
As a Night Maintenance team member, you’ll work third shift to lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel. From the kitchen to the front porch, you focus on clean floors, spotless equipment, and a store that is as fresh as the first day it opened.
Responsibilities
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant, including floors and equipment
- Maintain a well-kept space to uphold great hospitality standards
- Follow safety and cleanliness protocols
- Perform quiet, focused work during overnight hours
Qualifications
- Believes a clean, well-kept space is foundational to hospitality
- Takes pride in behind-the-scenes work to keep operations smooth
- Thrives on an overnight shift
