Responsibilities
As a Night Maintenance team member, you’ll work third shift to lay the groundwork for another great day at Cracker Barrel. Your focus will be on the details, ensuring clean floors, spotless equipment, and a store that feels as fresh as the first day it opened. Key aspects of the role include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, from the kitchen to the front porch
- Following safety and cleanliness standards to uphold hospitality excellence
- Working independently during overnight hours in a quiet, focused environment
