Night* LPN /Licensed Practical Nurse

About the role

Crown Rehab & Healthcare Center is a skilled nursing community striving to provide clinical excellence and compassionate care to our residents. We are looking for an LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse to join our clinical team in maintaining high-level resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support seniors in their activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data.
• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.

Requirements

• Current license as an LPN – Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Missouri.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 (or a willingness to get it).
