Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest foodservice distributor in the nation. We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

Requirements

• Previous loading experience
• Valid state-issued ID or driver’s license
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical

Schedule

• Sunday: 3:30 pm to finish
• Monday–Thursday: 4:00 pm to finish

Pay

• Incentive-based salary, paid per case (top performers earn $75,000/yearly with no commission caps)
• Weekly pay
• $2,000 sign-on bonus ($1,000 after 90 days of employment and $1,000 after 180 days of employment – limited time)
• Up to $1,500 referral bonus (offered once employed)
• Additional bonuses for quality work, safety, and attendance
