To load all outbound orders into designated tractor trailers in compliance with company procedures and standards, ensuring drivers have product safely stowed and organized for maximum efficiency.

Schedule

Sunday - Thursday, start time 3:00 PM until complete.

Pay

$17.65 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Load products on designated trailers and properly secure products in trailers
• Perform all pre-shift duties including safety check of all equipment
• Work in multi-temperature areas as assigned
• Ensure trailer cleanliness before loading to confirm proper temperature and readiness
• Build pallets according to stops and securely wrap to avoid damage during transport
• Verify header labels on all pallets and check for damaged or outdated products before loading
• Confirm load diagram is completed and submitted
• Complete all company-mandated training and assessments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Strength, endurance, and ability to work in extreme temperature conditions (as low as -5 degrees)
• Ability to read alpha and numeric codes from load sheets
• One-year recent experience in a highly physical, labor-intensive occupation (preferred)
