Night life Costumed Beverage Server - Borgata

About the role

As a Model Cocktail Server on the casino floor at Borgata, you will be responsible for swiftly expediting guests' drink orders while providing exceptional beverage and bus service. All duties are performed in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide and expedite beverage orders for guests
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of assigned area, side station, tables, and POS station
• Perform on-stage in comedy act, photo-shoots and other marketing events for brand development and marketing; attend activities outside of venue
• Actively use social media to engage guests in an immersive and interactive experience
• Collect money and follow all proper cash handling and comp procedures
• Focus on the development of a personal clientele list
• Maintain assigned wardrobe and/or costumes in accordance with established standards
• Resolve guest complaints within scope of authority; otherwise refer to management; notify supervisor and/or Security of unusual events, circumstances, missing items, or alleged theft
• Assist management with training and mentoring new employees as requested

Requirements

• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent preferred
• Food and beverage/cocktail service experience preferred

Pay

The rate for this role is: $11.79. This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate MGM reasonably expects to pay upon hire. Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage. Overtime is paid in accordance with state requirements. Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans.
