Night Lease Operator

What You’ll Do

• Utilize advanced SCADA/Cygnet systems to monitor equipment and identify issues proactively.
• Provide expertise with Plunger Lift Systems to troubleshoot and maintain smooth operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and team leads, gather and input production data using eVIN software, and ensure all operating procedures are followed accurately.
• Help optimize asset performance.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years’ oilfield experience, specifically with Plunger Lift Systems
• Strong knowledge of artificial lift and plunger lift operations
• Proficiency with SCADA/Cygnet systems and production software (eVIN)
• Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment and production issues
• Effective communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have Skills

• Additional experience with other oilfield equipment or automation systems
• Familiarity with safety and environmental protocols in oilfield settings
• Basic understanding of reservoir management and production optimization

Preferred Education And Experience

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical certifications or further education in oilfield operations a plus
• At least 3 years of hands-on oilfield experience, with a focus on artificial lift systems

Other Requirements

• Must reside within 50-60 miles of Charlotte, TX
• Ability to work in an 8/6 night shift rotation, with a schedule that supports a long-term commitment
• Willingness to adhere to safety standards and company policies
