General Responsibilities
- Gauge production and perform operational checks on assigned wells, equipment and facilities.
- Perform lease maintenance, such as minor production repairs and maintaining a clean working environment.
- Maintain heater, separator, and other pressure vessels to company standards.
- Maintain fluid pumps.
- Report daily production data including well pressures and performance of Artificial Lift.
- Collaborate with other employees including Engineers, Foreman, etc. concerning wells and lease activities.
- Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which the pumper is responsible.
- Adhere to all safety and environmental policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- A High School Diploma.
- Preferred 2+ years of applicable job/industry experience.
- Strong commitment to safety and environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work within a team environment.
Pay
Salary is commensurate with experience.
