About the role
The Night Foreman is responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of Fairmount Park Elementary during non-school hours.
Responsibilities
- Supervise groundskeeping and maintenance staff
- Ensure safety and security measures are in place
- Oversee building facilities and equipment
- Manage custodial services
- Coordinate with school administration and other support staff
- Assist with emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- High School/GED diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facility management or related field
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
