Paul Mitchell the School Modesto is seeking to hire an Esthetician Learning Leader / Skincare Teacher to join our Team. As an Esthetician Learning Leader / Skincare Teacher, you will inspire and teach skincare to our future professionals.

Responsibilities

• Take great pride in your students and strive to create extraordinary learning experiences in the clinic classroom using objective-based education (O.B.E.), mini-classes, and learning centers.
• Teach your students the science of healthy skin with hands-on professional techniques and skincare innovations and technologies.
• Prepare our future professionals for their careers in skincare, including skin analysis, ingredient technology, prescriptive retailing, waxing, and makeup techniques.
• Teach them the business and guest service skills they will need to be successful.
• Work hard to prepare your students for the professional world outside the classroom doors.

Qualifications

• Esthetician license for 3 years
• Esthetician experience in a salon/spa or medical setting for 1 years
• Customer service experience
