Night Crew Supervisor

Position Summary

The Night Crew Supervisor is responsible for leading overnight store operations, ensuring efficient stocking, proper merchandising, and store readiness for daily business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise overnight stocking operations including unloading, stocking, facing, and merchandising

• Ensure shelves are fully stocked, properly faced, and presentation-ready for opening

• Execute planograms, resets, and seasonal displays as directed

• Verify price tags, signage, and product placement accuracy

• Lead, assign, and oversee nightly tasks for the night crew team

• Train and coach associates on stocking standards, productivity, and safety practices

• Maintain a safe work environment and enforce proper equipment usage

• Follow proper procedures for handling freight, pallets, and equipment

• Communicate any overnight issues or out-of-stocks to store leadership

• Support store leadership with special projects and priority tasks

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required

• Previous retail, grocery, or stocking experience is preferred

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred

• Strong organizational and time management skills are required

• Ability to work independently and lead a team overnight is essential

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays is required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently; heavier lifting with assistance

• Continuous standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift

• Ability to work overnight shifts in a fast-paced environment
