About the role

Mr. Greens is one of the largest privately-owned produce distributors in Florida, Georgia, and Texas, delivering 365 days a year, 7 days a week with multiple daily runs. We serve a diverse clientele, including restaurants, hotels, country clubs, caterers, grocery stores, and retail outlets.

As a Night Crew Selector, you will work individually to select full-case grocery, frozen, and/or perishable products from warehouse pick slots using a pallet jack or other equipment. You will assemble items on pallets, wrap them securely, transport them to the shipping dock, and in some cases, load them onto trailers for customer delivery. Safety is the top priority for all employees.

Responsibilities

• Perform general physical activities such as loading, unloading, sorting, and moving products by hand or using basic material handling equipment.
• Select merchandise for shipment and stack it neatly on pallets using a pallet jack or forklift.
• Use a pick sheet to locate individual items within the warehouse.
• Break down and restack merchandise from pallets.
• Verify the quantity and accuracy of picked products to prevent damage.
• Maintain a tidy warehouse by cleaning up scrap wood, paper, plastic wrappers, and broken pallets.
• Uphold a food-safe environment.
• Report any damaged equipment to the shift supervisor or maintenance staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be punctual.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with forklifts/pallet jacks.
• Must pass a drug test.
• Available to work on weekends.

Physical Demands
