ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Consistently work to provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times.
• Responsible for smiling, making eye contact and thanking customer upon fulfilling customer's request.
• Maintain a neat, clean and organized workstation, according to 5S standards, at all times.
• Perform merchandising functions for the Grocery Department to include stocking product, pricing, signing, price changes and inventory checks.
• Return excess merchandise to Back Room area per corporate guidelines.
• Responsible for unloading merchandise from trucks.
• Stock products throughout the retail unit according to company procedures.
• Must follow all company standards regarding sanitation (i.e.: floors, shelves, and back room area).
• May be required to process customer orders as business needs dictate.
• Retrieve shopping carts and return them to designated areas.
• Control shrink through adherence to related policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Bending - Constant 5-8 Hours
• Exposure to Cold Environment - Occasional 1-3 Hours
• Grasping/Finger Movement & Dexterity - Left/Right Hands - Constant 5-8 Hours
• Lifting - Constant 5-8 Hours up to 100lbs
• Lifting - Constant 5-8 Hours up to 50lbs
• Pivoting - Constant 5-8 Hours
• Pushing/Pulling - Constant 5-8 Hours up to 75lbs
• Pushing/Pulling - Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 2400lbs
• Pushing/Pulling - Occasional 1-3 Hours up to 10lbs
• Squatting/Kneeling - Constant 5-8 Hours
• Standing - Constant 5-8 Hours
• Walking - Constant 5-8 Hours
