Night Crew Clerk

This is an overnight graveyard position with a schedule of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve the number of cases per hour targets set as market standards
• Check refrigeration hourly after the closing person leaves
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room
• Organize overhead and inventory control according to market standards
• Maintain market cleanliness, including floors, restrooms, parking lot, and market perimeter
• Stay updated on industry trends, standards, and changes
• Support and follow all company, department, sustainability, safety, and security policies
• Demonstrate an attitude of service to co-workers and customers
• Operate within the Company’s Core Values and Brand

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching) and excellent manual dexterity
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Excellent customer service skills with an attitude of service to others
• Self-discipline, accountability, and detail-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team
• Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
• Commitment to personal and professional development
• Ability to take direction and carry out tasks and assignments
• Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

• 18 years or older

Pay

Entry Level Compensation: USD $18.40/Hr.

Maximum Compensation: USD $26.15/Hr.

Legacy JP pay may apply if eligible.
