Night Crew Clerk

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve the number of cases per hour targets set up as market standards
• Check refrigeration hourly after closing person leaves
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the receiving area and back room
• Organize overhead and inventory control according to the market standards
• Maintain market cleanliness, including: floors, restrooms, parking lot, and market perimeter
• Keep up on industry trends, standards, and changes
• Supports and follows all company and department policies
• Supports and follows sustainability programs
• Supports and follows all safety and security policies
• Demonstrate attitude of service to co-workers and customers
• Operate within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand

Qualifications

• Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting, and reaching)
• Have excellent manual dexterity
• Work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Must possess an attitude of service to others
• Self-discipline and accountability
