NIGHT COACH COUNSELOR

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide in-person safety and security around the clock.
• Mentor and develop individual skills of each youth.
• Support the youth’s needs through a supportive atmosphere.
• Monitor and document behaviors and activities of the youth.
• Participate and assist with various educational, social, athletic, and recreational activities.
• Collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.

Requirements

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.
• Pass a search of the child and adult abuse central registry.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for behavioral and mental health.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Pay and Schedule

• Pay: $19.00 per hour.
• Schedule: 3.5 days per week, 12-hour shifts.
