Night Cleaner
About the role
The Housekeeping Night Cleaner is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas, including restrooms, offices, and conference rooms. Duties include dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning floors, removing trash, and disposing of ashtrays.
Additionally, this role involves greeting guests, ensuring cleanliness of employee lockers, reporting maintenance issues, performing deep cleaning tasks, and assisting in cleaning guest rooms. Special projects may also be assigned, such as mattress flipping and furniture moves.
The position requires excellent customer service skills, strong verbal and written communication abilities, and the ability to perform physical tasks like pushing, pulling, lifting, walking, standing, bending, reaching, and twisting.
Requirements
- Be able to push, pull, lift
- Be able to walk and stand for majority of the shift
- Be able to bend, reach, twist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 2-3 years of previous experience preferred
Pay
$21.95/hour
Schedule
Tuesday through Saturday, from 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM, totaling 32 hours per week.
