Night Care And Support Worker, Extra Care

About the role

Valley Care is seeking night care and support workers in the Stockport area to join their new extra care scheme. Positions are available in the Cheadle area of Stockport, providing support to adults aged 55 and over.

Responsibilities

• Assist service users with personal care including washing, bathing, and toilet arrangements.
• Overcome mobility problems and assist with the use and care of aids and personal equipment.
• Perform domestic tasks such as making and changing beds, tidying rooms, light cleaning, laundry, and emptying commodes.
• Support with eating and drinking by preparing meals, snacks, and drinks.
• Administer medication as directed.
• Aid clients during social visits and activities.
